DRIVES Scheduled Implementation Closings DOS DOR

Due to a major system upgrade, all motor vehicle services will be unavailable January 13-18. NO vehicle registration or titling services available in offices. NO online services or kiosk available.

DOR DRIVES upgrade and shutdown will begin Tuesday,  1/11/21, at 7pm and will be back online Tuesday, 1/19/21, at 8am.

During this shutdown period please be aware of the following:

• TOP only deals CAN BE created – TOPS will be issued
• Deals will not be able to be pended or finalized
• ELT titles cannot be requested
• Metal tags and titles will not be issued
• TAVT estimator will be unavailable

Once the system is online January 19, all TOP only transactions should be converted to ETR transactions no later than January 25. Any ETR transactions that were due to be finalized or scanned need to be submitted no later than January 25.
