Application Process
After you’ve completed the Pre-License Seminar and receive your certificate – you may be wondering what comes next.
- Our dealer consultants are specifically trained to help you put together the pieces to efficiently – and most importantly, correctly! – complete your application for a used car dealer license.
- During normal business hours, you will have unlimited access to our capable dealer consultants and you will receive an easy to follow checklist of all the items needed to obtain your used car dealer license.
- We offer appointments for phone consultations as well as in person visits to discuss and complete your application. You can also receive assistance via email. No matter which method you prefer, we urge you to send your application to our office for final review to ensure it is complete and correct before being submitted to the state.
- GIADA is the best source for a dealer to use for updated and correct information regarding compliance standards and laws.

GIADA & NIADA Magazines
Independent Auto Dealer is our bi-monthly magazine. Members receive a copy every other month. Since GIADA membership automatically makes you a member of NIADA as well, you will receive a copy of their magazine, Used Car Dealer, each month! Each publication is filled with news relevant to our business and highlights current topics.
