HB 207 Dealer Registration Electronically notice
NOTICE TO MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS, MANUFACTURERS AND DISTRIBUTORS
House Bill 207 makes it mandatory for motor vehicle dealers, manufacturers and distributors registering with the Department to register electronically. When electronic registration becomes available on September 1, 2021, then all initial and renewal registrations must be made through DRIVES e-Services.
Most dealers of motor vehicles, trailers and manufactured homes have already been able to pre-register online and save time using DRIVES e-Services. Full instructions for e-Services pre-registration are available on the Department’s website.
