ATTENTION DEALERS: TOPs CHANGING IN MAY 2019

The Georgia Department of Revenue (GADOR) has notified GIADA that TOPs will be changing effective May 23, 2019. The current form of TOPs will no longer be usable after that date. NOTE that the size of the TOPs WILL NOT CHANGE but security features are being added due to the launch of GADOR’s new DRIVES system in May.

Going forward, dealers should keep the May 23 transition date in mind when placing orders for TOPs. Dealers should only order as many of the current TOPs as they expect to use between now and May 23.

GADOR has indicated it will not refund GIADA for unused TOPs inventory, therefore, GIADA will not be able to refund dealers for unused TOPs.

GIADA will provide updates on the availability of the new TOPs as soon as more information is provided by GADOR.
