Our Executive Director, Amy Bennett, and ETR Manager, Kristi Felshaw, attended the TCTech Conference August 15-18, 2023.

The Tax Commissioners’ Technology Development Council of Georgia, better known as TCTECH, was founded in May of 1999 to provide an organization for Tax Commissioners to share information regarding technology-related issues that will ultimately enhance service to the taxpayers of Georgia .

GIADA has a table at this conference every year. Our goal is to help bridge the gap between tax commissioners and used car dealers. While we hear many complaints by commissioners and staff about dealers, we use that opportunity to explain your side of the story. We offer our members and Solera/TitleTec users assistance because many times it is incomplete paperwork or simply not knowing how to use the ETR system correctly that causes most issues.

We stand up for you, the dealer! Through your membership, we are continuously building relationships with local government agencies on your behalf to help make your business run smoothly and successfully.
