GIADA Requests Dealers to Electronically Sign New TOPs Contract
Dealers in the state of Georgia will receive an email from GIADA asking them to review and sign a new TOPs contract. If you received this email – YES – it is legitimate. It is not a scam. We have not been hacked and it is an important and necessary step.
The process is secure.
Please note the state of Georgia is changing the number of TOPS a dealer can purchase based off of the prior year’s sales. This will go into effect July 1st and until this new contract is signed you will not be able to purchase TOPS after July 1. It is imperative that you complete the form and submit it.
