About the Speaker
Justin Osburn is a moderator, consultant and trainer for NIADA Dealer 20 Groups, offering more than a decade of experience in retail and Buy Here-Pay Here executive management. Over his career, he has served as a sales professional, finance director, sales manager, general manager, chief operations officer and owner/partner. His formal education in organizational development and adult learning provides a solid foundation for leading dynamic retail 20 Groups, training and on-site consulting. Justin has served in the U.S. Army, been elected to multiple public offices and served on numerous private business boards. He is a published author, patent holder and speaker, and has completed the Walt Disney Executive Leadership Course.
