To get setup on TitleTec ETR, just complete this online request form and a TitleTec team member will reach out to help you get set up!
New Dealers (licensed after Dec 31, 2017) may also come into the GIADA office for assistance with completing an application.
**Please note: Due to the Mandate, thousands of Dealers are being set up at this time and there may be potential delays.**
If you currently have a TOPs account, someone from TitleTec will be able to transfer any plates remaining on your account.
Once you have access to the ETR account, please call the GIADA office to have your TOPs account closed and any remaining funds will be issued back to the dealership via check.

New Dealers: You must be set up through an approved ETR Vendor before you will be able to access or purchase Temporary Operating Permits (TOPs)
To set up an ETR Account for Electronic Title Registration & Issuing Temporary Operating Permits, you will need to have the following information available:
- 12 Digit Dealer ID# (found on your master tag receipts, starting with 001)
- Banking Information – TAVT & Title Fees are ACH’d directly from the account
If you are currently or plan to finance your own deals or are interested in BHPH- you must have an ELT Number to place a Lien on the Title
To get started with TitleTec ELT & get an ELT Number, simply select “Electronic Lien” under the products section of the request form.
