However we do not claim to be title experts and while we will attempt to answer your questions, the best source for title related questions is your local tag office. Many of the tag offices have dedicated dealer personnel to assist you with your questions.
The Department of Revenue Motor Vehicle Division has published an up to date Title Manual which is very intuitive and does a very good of explaining title related paperwork and motor vehicle policies.
